i think the future of special effects will get greater in time where there will be more detailed editing apps that people will most likely access on their phones and CGI will become more detailed and even more realistic ( maybe to the point it looks like its practically in front of you  )  it will only go forward as time progresses 👍

L/O:to explore the different features of iMovie & experiment with different genre features 

the trailer i have chosen is Frozen 1 and the genre is action adventure also disney which is made for little kids , i am going  to change it into a horror trailer 

what i did: i changed the genre of frozen to a horror movie , i did it by adding the more intense scenes into an order and had dramatic music along it , i included some characters speaking about the situation of the ice which added more intensity  and included the monsters and more action like scenes at the end .

 . CGI (computer-generated imagery) is the creation of still or animated visual content with imaging software.

 .  WHAT IS INCLUDED UNDER SPECIAL EFFECTS : This includes the use of mechanised props, scenery, scale models, animatronics, pyrotechnics and atmospheric effects: creating physical wind, rain, fog, snow, clouds, making a car appear to drive by itself and blowing up a building, etc. Mechanical effects are also often incorporated into set design and makeup.

jurassic park : action adventure , came out earlier this year 

main characters: Owen Grady , Claire and their daughter Maisie Lockwood Four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar, dinosaurs now live and hunt alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history's most fearsome creatures . 

the recipe for jurassic park : 

ingredients : Main characters   example Owen Clair Maisie 

a lot of angry dinosaurs and  weird scientists   , a giant scientific jurassic park , alot of intense scenes 

method : 

take a very opinionated guy who trains velociraptors for a living 

. give a big park / forest with a lot of dinosaurs  

a use of ancient DNA which can be used to make more a couple  sprinkles or so 

. a dose of anger 

. a use of intense music  about 1 tea spoon 

. a lot of cars and scientific equipment 200 grams 

. season with alot of chase scenes and dramatic intensity 

. and last but not least a couple of romantic drops to add a bit of love within the movie
